X-TEMPO ENERGY

An intense, complete training program that is ideal for toning and burning calories. It includes pre-choreographed and continuous step fitness lessons. The variations in speed, which are specific to the program, also emphasise the playful and fun aspect of the exercise, becoming a motor challenge to your coordination skills: the instability of the step, in addition to increasing the number of muscle groups used in the effort, develops one’s sense of balance and increases the elasticity of muscles and tendons.

L.A.B.

L.A.B. – the acronym for Legs, Abs, and Buttocks, the three areas of the lower body that are most likely to accumulate fat – is a toning course with a high consumption of calories.  Free-body exercises or small pieces of fitness equipment are used to work specifically on these three muscle groups, without neglecting the upper limbs of the body.

L.A.B. PUMP

An abbreviation of “just pump”: training involving stretching and toning with small pieces of fitness equipment to work on the arms, inner thighs, and abdomen.

SPINNING

Aerobic/anaerobic group activity on a stationary bicycle. This activity is practiced at various pedalling speeds, with the aid of appropriate background music that accompanies at all times the pedalling cadence set by the instructor, who is also pedalling. This discipline ideally leads the cyclists on an imaginary journey in which their concentration and involvement help the mind relieve the sense of fatigue, in order to increase their personal physical capabilities.

CARIBE FITNESS

A group music fitness lesson that follows the rhythms and movements of Afro-Caribbean music, combined with the traditional movements of aerobics. Its main objective is to achieve high calorie consumption thanks to its variable intensity that mainly acts on the toning of the legs and buttocks. Furthermore, the main purpose of the music and choreography is to entertain the practitioners so that they forget their physical effort.

LAUGHTER YOGA

Laughter Yoga is a unique method where everyone can laugh without jokes, without humour, and without comic gags. In short it is a revolutionary method to LAUGH FOR NO REASON.

We laugh as a form of exercise, but we quickly get to the point where we are laughing for real through eye contact and the playfulness and joy typical of children. The reason it is called laughter yoga is because it combines yoga breathing exercises with laughter exercises. This increases the oxygen reserves in the body and in the brain, helping us feel more energetic and healthy.

LAUGHTER knows no bounds, makes no distinction of race, religious belief, or colour, and is a UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE that can unify the world”

CIRCUIT

The Circuit workout consists of performing various exercises, whose number is variable, organised into sections or stations, while always maintaining the maximum speed of execution. One of our stations is the trampoline, which allows you to perform a very intense aerobic workout. The circuit increases individual aerobic capacity, endurance, and speed, and the lesson is also very enjoyable, although tiring, due to the broad variety of exercises offered.

FUSION PILATES

Fusion Pilates joins together intense and always different aerobic activity, performed in the first part of the lesson, with the training method created by Joseph Hubertus Pilates, during which the lights are lowered and your movements are accompanied by relaxing melodies. The Pilates method teaches us to maintain a correct posture and to perform movements with greater harmony and fluidity. The goal is to make people aware of themselves and of their body and their mind, to unite them into a single dynamic entity.

PILATES

A lesson that combines breathing and stretching exercises with moments of dynamic stretching within small sequences that are created together with the students. The training is aimed at improving postural alignment, joint mobility, and muscle tone, primarily of the abdomen, without neglecting the rest of the body. Small pieces of fitness equipment can be included in the training.

BELLY DANCING

This type of dancing is traditionally practiced by women, because it fully expresses femininity, vitality, and sensuality. It is characterised by the litheness and sensuality of its movements: it can be performed with pulsing music as well as slow music. Belly dancing is particularly suited to the female body, because it improves the flexibility and tone of the bust, shoulders, arms, pelvis, and especially the stomach: the abdominal muscles are closely involved in the dance movements, shaping the figure and benefiting the internal organs. It tones the thighs and improves joint agility, breathing, and coordination.

HATHA YOGA

This is the yoga of the sun and the moon, celestial bodies that correspond to the mind and body of each individual. Each exercise is focused on listening to one’s own breath, which is essential in this discipline. The year is divided into three techniques:

– PRANAYAMA – PRANAVIDYA (breathing techniques)

– ASANA (positions)

– KUNDALINI (meditation techniques)

POSTURAL YOGA

A type of yoga in which exercises are practiced with the goal of restoring postural alignment through breathing and the use of deep muscles.

YOUTH YOGA

Game techniques aimed at becoming aware of oneself, even for children, while having fun.
